Grandhotel Pupp

Grandhotel Pupp is home to the Pupp Casino Club, one of the leading casinos in the Czech Republic and a gambling holiday destination that is more relaxing than your usual hotel and casino resort.

This European luxury hotel is found in the town of Karlovy Vary (or Carlsbad) in the Czech Republic, and boasts a history dating back over 300 years.

Built in 1701, the Saxony Hall was the first building of what would become the Grandhotel Pupp complex, and came under the ownership of the Pupp family in 1890.

The various buildings were grouped together as the Grandhotel Pupp as early as 1907, but the hotel was nationalised by the communist government of Czechoslovakia in 1951 and renamed Grandhotel Moscow.

The original name of Grandhotel Pupp was restored in 1989 and the hotel was privatised again soon afterwards.
